Have any of you guys seen this S&W in Canada?

Yes. I've seen them at The Shooting Edge here in Calgary. Stainless, non fluted 7 round cylinder, 5 inch barrel. Very nice.

The 686 is readily available in Canada. The one you're asking about is a Performance Centre 686. I'm sure you can get a store or dealer to order one in for you or you can wait for them to stock them. If they do order some in for stock, they probably won't bring them in in large numbers due to the relatively limited demand.
