What is this old ammo worth

The reason I ask is I’ve got a line from a guy interested in trading some 410 slugs for the ammo I came across.

3 cartridges of the 762, and 33 of the 223.

Make sure you tell whoever buys it most of those are reloads.

You could be right . but I still see a little green crud around the primers . usually that is absent after reloading no ? and the could have gotten wet so that's another reason that there is only some green primer sealer around the primers ? some of them do look like reloads . one the primer looks lower . good luck on your sale .

I’ll try to get some better pics later for you guys, ones where I zoom in and maybe it’ll be easier to tell then. I can’t see them being a reload being as this gentleman always just bought new cartridges when shooting. Sticker still on inside of box from when purchased, 9.95$ back in 1990 I believe it is stamped. But I’ll get some better pics and see if we’re able to figure this out as I’m quite curious myself now lol

I guess I've totally lost touch with reality...
- Because it would have never occurred to me to either buy (or sell) 3x rounds of 7.62x39 (or anything else for that matter)

Me too ! - I'd just fire 'em Or give 'em to someone who could. Those might be worth $1 each IF a "collector" needed them to fill a blank.

I don’t have anything to fire then rounds with hence me making a trade for some 410 ammo that I can shoot lol

Nah, you're reasoning make sense... trade something you have no use for, for something that you could use...
- It's just not something I ever thought of doing :ninja: and I probably got a milk crate worth of ammunition for which I don't have guns for anymore... I'd guess I just keep in case I do buy something in that caliber again.
