Although it's certainly true that he doesn't give a damn about me or any other old-stock Canadian for that matter, the reverse is also true. His little dictates and legacy are going to be as permanent as a fart in a strong wind. So you're right, nothing we can really do but wait him out. We can afford that luxury, he cannot.
WTF are you on about immigrants?! I’m an immigrant myself and from day one have worked my ass off, and that would be 18 years on feb next year. Don’t turn this forum onto your anti immigration agenda. Immigrants CAN NOT VOTE FOR FEDERAL ELECTIONS UNTIL THEY ARE CITIZENS, it took me 8 years to get my citizenship. You need to get your facts straight and look at statistics before you blame people of colour. You would be one of the reasons why gun nuts as a community would fail against this liberal authoritarian government that we have, you put your racist agendas first before the interest of the community.
Racism aside, many of our immigrants, aside from Eastern European immigrants, overwhelmingly vote Liberal. This isn’t conjecture but fact.
The Liberals are aware of this and are importing a large number of their current and future voter base.
I’m not an immigrant, I’m aboriginal, and a great many of my people are guilty of the same Liberal leanings - so I’m not placing blame on race but culture.
The free Liberal money, and social handouts, seem like a great idea, especially when you’re in poverty, but it’s not sustainable and it just keeps people trapped in a cycle of poverty.
Give a man a fish - is the Liberal way. Teach a man to fish is the way forward.

Chavacano what is with the "Racist Card"? My family arrived in what is now Balitimore in 1635. You and I have something in common.... see. We are both immigrants and we are both Canadians. I happen to think though, and I don't give a damn about the colour of the skin, that bringing in 400,000 immigrants into this country annually is beyond stupid and irresponsible when you have an enormous housing, health services and educations challenges. These shortages for the most part are due to the fact baby boomers of which I am one, have not died off yet and our children all had more children. The children of our offspring (grand children if you are keeping up) are faced with the prospect of not being able to find or afford housing in the major cities of Canada, find finding a family doctor more than a challenge and seeing our education systems stressed to the limit. This was not always the case but has occurred in this country's not to distant past.
Most of those 400,00 folks end up in our major cities.
Now you may not like it but don't assume because I and others believe that bringing in 400,000 people who for the most part don't speak English or French, and have no job skills is a good idea. Trudeau expects the new commers will all vote Liberal to thank him for HIS generosity when stats suggest otherwise.
You are free to think as you wish but save the race card for another day. This may surprise you but nobody here has any idea what race or religion you are anyone else is. Hell Canuck44 might just be a fat old lady who spends most of my time in a Bingo Hall smoking cigarettes' and being obnoxious to the bouncers for all you know..
FYI the last family & specialist doctors were from South Africa (3), Ireland, England, the Sudan and India. $5.00 says you can't tell me the those of colour and those who had pinkish, light coloured skin often referred to as being white. All provided members of my family with excellent health care. When you are sick or are need of a family doctor the colour of their skin is the last thing I was ever worried about, you might want to think on that.

Most immigrants from my reading may vote Liberal once but most certainly move to the the Conservatives at least for one generation. After that they are as widespread ideology as the rest of the population. FYI Conservatives win the popular vote almost consistently in this country at the federal level.

You are welcome here. Unfortunately, we have many Canadian type magas who are typically haters of anybody not white. It's too bad but every country has them...they're not worth the time of day.
Hopefully people that were fooled by Justin the last time around will vote CPC when we finally have an election…until then I’m buying additional soon to be banned magazines, supporting site sponsors and happily shooting my toys at the range! Trying to stay positive things can only get better, I think Canada has reached a low and people are finally realizing the idiot must go!!

Do you really believe Trudeau cares about a letter or a petition? Really! You surely can't be serious. He has coalition that is solid and he cares about as much about a petition as he does about the expert opinions offered up that have testified that his C21 will not have any effect on crime yet he passes it anyway. The ONLY thing that will get us out of this mess is to kick Trudeau down the road and elect a Conservative Gov't and hope Pierre will keep his word. Failing that welcome to the long term affects of C21. There is no moral high ground to anyone for signing a petition or not. None have any affect so far and none will in the future with Trudeau.
There is nothing more persistent than a Liberal with a bad idea. Remember that and you will die a happy man.

I have never seen any people more compliant to whatever they’re told to do than your average Canadian. India has a population of 1.4 billion. Some people think we can actually physically and economically support unlimited immigration from india because its racist not to. Our Healthcare system could not even take care of the people in our country during covid, since then weve added over a million immigrants mostly from india, and this is only speeding up as more and more arrive on student visas. It's not racist to understand we cannot physically support this as a nation, even if every immigrant "works and pays taxes!" Our infrastructure cannot expand at the same rate they are coming. The ONLY reason the liberals are allowing so many, is because they MORE OFTEN THAN NOT vote liberal. Again, none of these facts are racist, and it's a totally reasonable and valid opinion to want immigration slowed down especially until our own housing problems are solved. Some indian students where i live are finding it impossible to even find housing, and the more that arrive the worse it gets, there are real considerations behind limiting immigration beyond skin color. Firearms are not a voting issue for the vast majority of canadians, but housing availability is, and we are currently winning massively on that issue, its all a part of the same game and in the end we need a massive cpc majority to have any hope of fairer gun legislation for legal owners of any race.
You guys need to understand one thing the immigration is not about votes for liberal party. Immigrant bring in lots of money to support the economy. International students alone bring 22.3 billion dollars to Canadian economy. It's about the money, do you think the government is going to say no to 22 billion dollars and the people who are going to work for minimum wage.
International undergraduate students may bring some money but in a number of cases they get additional scholarship support from various Canadian sources.International graduate students do not bring any money since they are supported from grants held by Canadian professors who apply for these grants to various Canadian agencies, like NSERC. At the end of the story, after graduation, most of those students apply for a permanent residency in Canada and then they stay in Canada permanently. So, yes, it is immigration.

International students pay 3 times the tuition fees compared to a Canadian citizen or pr in the same course. It's all about money it's the greediness of the schools and the government. They keep bringing international students just so they can sell their mediocre education at community college level for 3 times the tuition fees.
