Why are people dumping their lab radar?

Garmin has a slick unit, will seemingly out-do the Labradar is virtually every aspect. Lab radar still Works just fine. Also seeing plenty of magneto speed units for likely the same reason.

I think there was another thread on it on here somewhere.

The garmin xero c1 is the new one. I've been loving mine. I actually bought it so save on components since the magnetospeed moved the poi and somewhat changed the group size. I convinced myself that it will pay itself off over time.

If a person owns a Labradar and it is working well for them, it makes no sense to try and sell it and buy a Garmin, considering the cost of the new unit and the loss of cash selling the lld one.
Unless , of course, they simply want something smaller.

I guess it's understandable. Technology is moving so fast, have to keep up. Blink and you ________, in this case chronograph, is three generations old. Worth 1/4 what you paid for it not half.

I have a very old rangefinder, bought for golf. Own a much newer, and more expensive one. Still always seem to grab the old one.

The latest and greatest has been released.
The Labrador is a model T compared to the new one

The Labradar is the manual shift 4x4 of the reloading world. It works well when operator errors are overcome.

The Garmin is a sub-compact with an automatic transmission. It can be utilized by anyone with the IQ of a Labrador Retriever.
