Ruger American Rifle Gen II

Very cool! The 3 pos. safety is very much nice move. Could go either way on the Cerakote and like the original stock just fine but thats a good looking setup.

If a guy wanted to, think a 300 BLK rifle's barrels could be hawged out (har har) into 300 Ham'r?

My first thought was "hope they increased the comb height" but good God is that ever ugly

This is the 2020's version of rosewood square fore end, rollover comb 60s abortions. Future generations will not be kind to this.

I want to see if the coming long actions will have 3 round long action ai mags made from polymer. That would be interesting

Hopefully they show us lefties some love with the Ranch line this time. Would love a compact lefty in 7.62x39, 223, or maybe 6mm ARC.

That rear sling swivel looks weird...

I like them alot!

MSRP $729.00 USD

Wonder if they will come in lower than that ?

At 729.99 USad that about 1000$ CAD.....

Your in Tikka territory at that price.....hmmmmmm

Will still most likely buy one in .223 and 762x39

Gotta stack some more AR mags and Mini 30 mags before they cut those off

MSRP on the base American is currently $599, so I'd expect our prices to jump $150-200 from what they're at now.

Huh! had no idea there was such a thing! Cool!

I'd like that better than the mag hanging down and sometimes clunkier feeding too.

Order em from Gravel or somewhere else online?

I single load all the time with my 223 Rotary mags. As simple as chucking one through the port and closing the bolt.

Still with you on that being the way to go when possible.

Starting to really prefer the early stocks too. They might not be as rigid as the later honeycomb style but they sure don't hurt accuracy at all. Lighter and slimmer, to me.
