Only 71 moa in a vortex razor 4.5-27x56 gen 2?

Why can I only get 71 moa of elevation adjustment out of a gen 2 razor 4.5-27x56 when they advertise 113? I’ve got a total of 65moa of cant in the mount so that’s obviously not the problem. I’m a little pissed if I’ve been mislead by vortex but I’m thinking that’s the case. No matter where im zeroed it seems to only have 71 moa of elevation available.
 
I believe that would be 113 from the very top to the very bottom. With your mount you're somewhere at the +40 zone. 65moa sounds crazy, what caliber for what distance?
 
338 lapua, out to 2500 yards on rare occasion's but I routinely shoot out to 2000 and can’t even get that out of this set up. I need 77 moa just for that. I’ve got a nightforce atacr 5-25 with only 44 moa of cant and zeroed at 100 yards on my 300 Norma that will get me there with ease so I had high hopes. This set up is literally bottomed out to get about a 300 yard zero and all I can go up from there is 71 moa, in my mind I should have a full 113moa of elevation available from here.

Unfortunately no confirmed by vortex, you cannot disengage the ZeroStop on the gen 2’s and they do in fact only let you use 71 moa in total, I guess it is partially my own fault for not researching further into it before the purchase considering I’m using it for elr but at the same time I did a bit of reasearch and would have thought I could utilize the full 113 moa, they only mention 71 if you dig deep and even then you would think it’s able to be disengaged. Bit of good marketing for them I guess? On the upside the new razor gen 3’s are able to use the full range of 113 moa as a scope of this calibre should be. Guess I’ll stick to nightforce they tell you how it is and perform.
 
Not sure what you mean by 'disengage'
Maybe look at the turret and see if the stop ring can be removed for yourself.
Easy on athlon, three lock screws to loosen and lift
