Aftermarket Tikka Stocks

Trying to track down an aftermarket Tikka stock for a build. Something like an AG Comp, Iota Kremlin, etc etc. Does anyone have a lead on who would have one in Canada? Ive talked to Garry at Big Horn and hes at least 6 months out on almost everything. Id like to not run a B&C as it wont allow the heavier contour of pipe i'm going to run. And yes, manners is well outta my price range. I considered an MDT XRS but they're a little heavy, however I could make it work until one shows up but i'd like to know if there are other options before I go that route.
 
Wildcat composites would be an option, im not sure on wait times though. I think the barrel channel on the B&C can be machined to a larger size, might be the quickest and cheapest way
 
GRAYBOE can ship direct to consumer! (I had one shipped to me directly from them) I like it and think it’s great. Looking at getting one for my tikka as well (my current one is on a rem 700 sa footprint)

I believe they do the eagle pro and phoenix in tikka inlets but not 100% sure. An I think they quote a 4-6 week build time if it’s not in stock.

I know it’s another option added to the list but they seem to be quicker than others.

Ive looked into them, and I didnt know they shipped direct. 4-6 weeks isnt bad, I'll fire them an email here today and see what they say. Thanks!
 
Grayboe ships to us I think. Prophet sells B&C and maybe a few others too. The B&C I bought from them turned out to be an excellent stock.
 
B&C are good bang for buck, have a few.
I like HS a little better but they are getting into McMillan range.
When I have to open up barrel channels in B&C I seal it after I'm done then just spray the channel black or whatever color the stock is, never know the difference.

I got an Ibex stock through Bighorn years ago and absolutely love it. Not sure what the lead time is like these days or if they're even still offered.
 
For the price range you’re considering I’d bed a walnut stock and try to wear it out. Light, functional, cheap. Wood is good.
 
+1 I prefer high quality composites like McMillan but I’d take a properly sealed wood stock over a b&C club any day

I ordered one. The Green looks pretty slick. There’s also a few photos of them in use in “real life” now. They look significantly less like paddles than with that 1” above bore comb.

Did they ship to Canada with no issues?

I'm really curious to hear your thoughts on it once you've had some time with it.

The price is "reasonable" compared to some of the other options out there.

I got a Stockys carbon VG. It's a very nice stock for about $700 all in after exchange and shipping. It has a similar profile to the AG Alpine Hunter.
 
Can someone explain to me buying a $4-800 stock to put on a $900 rifle? Is the idea you have that hobby money to spend, and don't want another seperate gun? I feel the same way it any pair of rings over $50.

I also see putting their 599 CZ into a 599 MDT chassis, etc.
