Just received mine! Beautiful gun but unfortunately the stock was cracked...boo

Update: T.I. called and apologized for the broken gun and immediately sent me a pre-paid shipping label for the return! Great customer service and very much appreciated!
Will update upone receiving the replacement.

Well I received my return label and dropped the shotgun off at the post office only to have the gun now stuck in limbo while the postal strike goes on! I want to tell everyone what customer service on the next level is! After two weeks of the gun being stuck at a post office T.I. has agreed to send send the replacement via courier! YOU WILL NOT FIND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE! Do not hesitate to give them your business! Thank you Tactical Imports!
