The First 1000 are finish for delivery in Germany. ( see link: http://ww w.egun.de/market/item.php?id=1581685 )
This Company GSG sold in one Auction 2 pc. now 17 left.
The Price in Germany for one is 549 EURO with the currency exchance today = 818 CAN Dollar.
For the German Market are only 1000 pieces the next are only for the US Market at the middle of the Year 2008.

i have a whole wack of awsome stuff coming for my 10/22's rb evo, krinker plinkers. new barrells, etc etc. i will still buy this thing the second it comes out. i love how much fun these rim fires are. and i love making them look like black rifles. its so much fun going out in the bush with a few thousand rounds and not having to worry about the cost of ammunition.

when it is made available in canada, i will pick one up that day. who do you think of our sponsors would be the first to get em in.

i goto stave lake every week, and i too am looking for somewhere a little bit closer and better to shoot other than our crappy gun ranges

Ps where is all the acceptable legal places to shoot in the lower mainland (bushes not ranges)

Closest acceptable bush I know of is Sylvester Road just past Mission.


It leads deep in to the forest (it becomes crown land just after that little pond you pass about 10 mins in to the bush) and there's a couple good clearcut areas where you can let 'er rip... I've popped off thousands of rounds in a day there... Just make sure you clean up after yourself as people have a tendency to leave a lot of sh1t behind there which will probably lead to increased attention from the man.
 
When I first heard of this gun I was so stoked it wasn't even funny. Who in their right mind wouldn't want something that looked like a MP5? That's been my dream gun. As time has gone on I've kind of lost interest in it. It seems to shoot well and has no problems from what I've read so far, but it lacks the one thing that caused me to sink so much money into my 10/22....accuracy. Maybe I'm getting old, but when I shoot guns, I like to see little groups. When I'm out shooting gophers, I don't like to miss. Ive got a lot of money in my 10/22 and now I doubt I will ever sell it. Everyone needs an accurate .22 cal rifle. Or more than one. I'm going to mod mine a little more and keep it and buy a CZ or similar bolt action .22 and have some fun. That's what shooting rimfire is all about to me, having fun with out punishing yourself with recoil or sound and shooting a lot of rounds for not too much money. Some day down the road when I have some extra cash and see a used GSG-5 on the EE for a good price, I'll definitely jump on it. Until then, I think I'm going to pass.

You're basing all of this on ONE VIDEO. If you were to do the same based on the average CGNer's targets, you wouldn't buy ANYTHING! Give it a proper chance before writing it off, dude.
