Was just wandering through Williams Arm's website and saw that they were offering a Hi-Power in .40 for $950.00. I love these guys and their shop but this price seems a little too much like a leftover from the bad old days of bad exchange rates.

I'm looking for a Hi-Power in 9 mm but $950 plus all the taxes seems a bit steep in a day and age when an M & P, Glock or CZ can be had for between $596 and $627.

So, does anyone know who out there has the best prices on Browning Hi-Powers?

Thanks, folks.

You COULD try Colanes Sporting Goods in Dawson Creek BC. They may or may not have any.................

Wolverine. Target Sports. Ellwood Epps.

Not a bad idea, actually. Ellwood Epps sells a .40 Standard for $880, so I assume they might be able to sell me a 9 mm for the same price. A .40 Mk III sells for $800. Sure do like the look of the Standard, however.

Wolverine lists the Brownings but not the in-store price (as far as I can see). They suggest you look at the Browning website for prices. Hmmm....

Target, as far as I could see, don't offer Brownings.

Anyone else??????????????

You have to consider the PST and shipping. How much will it add up to? I was charged $60 to ship a handgun from Ontario to Ontario! I was charged $20 to ship a handgun from BC and no PST.

$60.00 within Ontario, that is just way to wrong, I send a pistol off that I sold for $1400.00 sent it xpress/full ins./signature and it was $23.00 and that was to Alberta.

prproulx is right, watch the shipping.
