Contact aim point directly, they will let you know who you can send the optic to based on what's wrong with it.
Be very vary of sending in your optic directly to Aimpoint, they have on numerous times in the past received warranty repairs and then told customers "This is stolen government property that belonged to a specific units production run based on serial number" etc and kept the optic without compensation. Check your serial with them to confirm they will honor the repairs send it back before you ship it out.
Aimpoint and Trijicon have never cared much about civilian customer service as far as I've witnessed over the years, especially from reddit and CGN threads I have seen
