I noticed something. These rifles have the sight block moved down the barrel...but the sight block is also different. There's no bayonet mount on this rifle, therefore, not military. These are civy rifles, made for a civy western market, right? Do I win the chicken dinner?

We never received military type 81s for the civilian market, even the first ones TI brought in. No military surplus type 81s are available on the Canadian civvy market

Got a folder from 2017 import. I just checked, it has the hole in the back. Never noticed it before. Not like it matters anyway.
