Is there any semblance of a cheek weld with the UF or is your head kinda just floating?
I got one of each, interested to see which I like more and want to hold on to. Seems I’m in the minority in thinking the fixed stock looks cooler.

A 5.56 Type 81 would be pretty wicked. Or if someone can get a line on surplus 5.45x39, get some Type 81 in that.

Just got an email as well 2685* pretty pumped to receive it in a couple days
Having a hard time finding an AKM laminate wood set in Canada to copy for the T81. I'll be taking the wood off of my fixed stock and handing it to my custom guy at my cabinet shop this week to see what he thinks about making a run of AKM laminate furniture. Hoping someone here has a lead.
