Mountain Goat Hunt: Day 2 and 3

I try and keep the fitness up for sure. Not as much as I should that’s for sure haha. At 35 I’m not getting any younger gotta get after it!

As a lifelong lifter and former mountain goat outfitter, the uncomfortable truth is it’s cardio that makes mountain pack mules. The biggest 15 rep, 5 set squat in the gym will be packed into the scree by a retirement age guy who can run a marathon. And good gear makes for happier trips for sure.
