Cheek rest/riser questions

Hey folks, I'm in a bit of a morale dilemma..
Recently duct taped some floor mats to gain some cheek rise and shockingly shoot considerably better. But looks like #### and long term likely won't hold up.
Problem is, I want a low profile/ smooth edge rest that won't snag on my pack ( Vorn ) or catch on long loose clothing while moving in field, like I suspect any of the current market adjustable cheek rests would.
I found this cheek rest from Victor ( https://victorcompanyusa.com/universal-cheekrest-kits ) that seemingly checks all my boxes, but US company and shipping is 2x the cost of the product..
I do have access to a 3D printer but I'm new to that world so designing a CAD file specifically for what I want seems daunting.
I'm upgrading a factory Tikka T3X stock to meet my needs, chassis are too heavy for a mixed purpose gun.

TL/DR I think adjustable cheek rests will snag things during hunting conditions.
Want a smooth profile cheek rest that won't move or snag and looks nice
Any suggestions that I missed?

I had a Ruger American that I made a neoprene sleeve for and slid in a hard foam insert from Tourbon, I had the material for making my own scope socks, Tourbon sells a few different kits, one comes with the sock already made.

I've got a couple of the adjustable ones from amazon - ca $30 or so. Just slip it on, mark for holes to allow adj up and down (for Pulling the Bolt out), and drill thru the stock. The adjustment nuts DO stand out so 'might snag' on something but so do many things in life . You could put some other style of Nut on there. This is on my B22 with a Covenant 6-24x50 FFP. The stock is very comfortable, too.

Is your scope touching your barrel?
