All-New: Type 81M

I couldn't care less what you or anyone on here thinks. lol i don't need to prove anything I'm no looser to post pictures. If pictures prove anything to you you don't know what planet you live on. Go on the internet lots of pictures if you want pictures.
By your logic you're full of it. Because of what you have on your wrist. lol typical

Exactly what I thought you got nothing.

Anyways I hope you enjoy your rifle shoot safe and shoot straight ;) regardless what you think these rifles are great and TI is a solid company.

Is 3d printing getting that good?

I've printed lots of parts and things over the years and tough wouldn't be a word I'd use to describe them.

Maybe filament technology has taken a huge leap in the past 2 years, but i'd feel weird having a 3d printed part that saw the kind of use and torque a pistol grip might face.

Thanks I will look into this. Wonder if it’s worth it Tactical
Imports could source some actual AK grips, I know they have to be modified a bit not sure how much.

Try these guys, i have ordered from them before they ship to Canada.

I believe Sigmaco was outsourcing a more advance printing service then your standard FDM printer. Arguably a very densely printed item on a standard FDM could be super tough as well (made from PETG, ASA, ABS etc.) . But it could also take hours to print a single piece and therefore not be a very cost effective or efficient way to supply the market.

Sorry you got a bad rifle. I'm not trying to rub it in but if you go back and read all of my comments this is the type of thing i tried to bring to light.
This is happening because people like yourself don't demand better products from TI. I mentioned it from the beginning that TI has to do an inspection and not send out rifles like this. And a handful of people including yourself called me a troll and tried to shut me up and I got called all kings of names and it turned into something else
How do you feel now? There are a lot of these rifles bent this will keep happening until people hold TI responsible.
You probably got someone else returned rifle and who knows, you send it in and the one you get might be worse.
When i ordered i didn't know this issue was still happening 7 years later, that's why i came on this forum and i seen reports of bent rifles from the beginning if you go back and count probably there are more reports of crooked rifles then straight ones.
