Glock Performance Trigger

Interesting, I don’t mind the factory glock trigger but I learned to shoot on a factory gen1 M&P9. Which as James Reeves likes to say “Is dogshít.” so anything seems better than that to me lol!

I upgraded the sights and barrel, the sights was a needed swap. The barrel only because I handload for it, if I was only shooting factory ammo I’d keep the original barrel.

Performance trigger has an odd click or bite if you put pressure either side of the trigger as you press it. Very odd. So as you press the trigger to dry fire for example. Putting directional pressure either to the left or right, you feel like something is not right. The trigger hits a click or bite to either side. It almost doesn't want you to put side pressure as your pressing it.

Not a big deal as you generally always press the trigger straight through when firing.

Now if my life was on the line. I'm not sure I could trust it. Anyone else have this experience?

Been running the Glock Performance triggers since Nov/Dec 2022 and have been impressed with the improvements, one was set up with a negative factory connector and it tested very well with some of the following observations:

1 - trigger when exposed to excessive sand and dirt will cause dead triggers ( talking about rolling around in sand etc and shooting hundreds of rounds in a day)
2 - it requires more maintenance than the standard Glock trigger ( many more points of metal to metal contact which are more susceptible to lack of oil or over oiling)
3 - several shooters who had the opportunity to test fire the pistol had a tendency to double ( experienced Glock shooters)
4 - improved accuracy was observed over longer distance with premium hollow point ammunition ( pistol is a Glock G45MOS7)
5 - the trigger is best suited for experienced shooters based on my observations
