You might get a bit more traction if you can confirm whether fake or duplicate accounts are floating around. I’ve used face2social to track down profiles that reused my photos, and it helped me clean up some junk that was confusing followers. Once I sorted that out, engagement picked up a bit, so it could be worth a quick look for your pages too.
