Oh thank goodness, I was worried that criminals were getting away with not obeying the law! This new regulation will stop them pesky law breakers in their tracks!

Trudy and his band of stupid merry men (peoplekind), will do a lot more damage to this country and firearm's owners in the next 18-19 months.

When will this insanity stop?......:(

:HR::bangHead:

So, what about guys who only shoot flintlocks and used to be able to buy black powder without a license?

The same question came immediately to my mind after reading this nonsensical regulation. Flintlock rifles can be purchased without a PAL. In all practical terms those flintlock-only people would be cut off from pursuing their hobby.

Yes, this has already been discussed in the muzzle loader section. I shoot a lot muskets, Martini Henry’s and Sniders. It’s so good to know that the “dear leader” and his minions are protecting the public from these dangerous criminals….

yet,you'll be able to buy all you want at shows without this bull####,LOL..same as we used to do that license verification check,LOL

Well it’s because when they do a drive bye, identification is impossible because of the smoke cloud. I’m glad this has finally been addressed. This will solve all these violent crimes, so the magazine thing isn’t the real issue? ?Black powder ARs ROCK but
Will it work the action, that’s the big one.

The black powder restriction seems to only apply to people trying to buy and store more than 25 kilos of it and then you need an explosives license. It doesn't seem to mention anything about needing a PAL for black powder?

Good to see that the license category called PAIN doesn't apply to me.

The image looks like it might be a stock photo of laser printer toner rather than actual black powder, no?
