Type-81 pictures, range reports, and modifications thread

I am surprised those adapters dont use the stock pins.. just look weird having those empty holes. Have you guys thought of drilling the adapter and insert the pins??

Sigmaco buffertube adapter

Sigmaco quad pic rail

Tactical Imports RPK muzzlebrake

Mastermount side mount

Vortex venom LPVO

Magpul angled foregrip

Some cheapo amazon-special bipod

Honestly a shame sigmaco is no longer selling parts just out of the blue, im hoping something didn't happen to them. I removed the ####ty bipod and carry handle it came with, and the cleaning rod wouldn't go back in with the quad rail. Since this photo was taken I've also added a sling mount to the stock and have a paracord sling on it, might replace it with a Hawaiian shirt-style sling but that's so low on my list of priorities it's more an afterthought. I've also taken off the LPVO extension.

Im finally happy to say i have got this T81 finished. It has been through a few sets of furniture and accessories, but this is the final form.

Looking good Brapjack! Which sling mounting hardware did you use for that? I don't like my sling and their black multicam option has caught my attention!

Thanks brother,

Nothing fancy holding the sling on, the stock attachment point on the rear and some paracord through the quad rail up front.
