Voere Combination Shotgun Value ?

A German fellow wants to sell me this Voere combination shotgun (12 over 7mm), he says he paid 4k euro many years ago. I am struggling to find a comp and those kind of numbers. There appears to be no model number on it. Any help would be appreciated. *The rib is lifting on the top barrel, would need to be repaired.

I've bought Voere Combo guns for $450. TradEx used to get them in.

The gun you are looking at isn't worth $1000, but that's just my opinion.

Looks like a stock tang crack? Scope is worth something for sure but since the influx of a LOT of these type of used combos from Sweden the price has dropped drastically....I would get a estimate on resoldering the rib and then sit him down and together look through the intersurplus combo inventory and jointly pick a price that is satisfying to both parties

If he says he paid $4000 for it, I think you should just walk away, thanks anyways

Getting the rib repaired may be a challenge, if not expensive to do properly. You could pick up a gun in better condition (minus scope) from Intersurplus for less than 1K$.

Market is pretty soft.
- There are a few Heym combination (2x barrels set) floating around... For less than $4k

That was the new price, but not what they cost now, and half of what he paid was probably that scope and mounting system.

You can go here and find a very nice specimen of a combo gun for 2500.oo US$
And have no worries....this was just an example of several choices available.
