I'm Keith from NS. Renewed my interest last Sept while in Florida shooting with a friend; went again last weekend. Booked my PAL and RPAL for Sept.

I'm looking at a few guns to get started.
What's everyones thoughts on the Ruger American .308 and Mossberg Maverick 88.

I'm also looking for a couple fun guns for the range. Any recommendations?

The gen3 you can spin the front hand guard which allows for a red dot without having to remove it. Gen 2 folds but dosent spin and its got a big front sight post. but some people like it. to each there own. hope that helps you.
