ARKEN Optics Zulus are now manufactured under a new brand name, DNT Optics. Stay tuned for more info....

DNT Optics is a new company with new management, and the products are manufactured by the SAME FACTORY that all Arken Zulus products were manufactured in. All the Day/NightVision and Thermal Imaging products will now be marketed under the DNT OPTICS brand.

We are receiving our first units early to Mid-August 2024, and we are taking orders on the website NOW. We have now also added the new 3-12x version, as well as the highly anticipated TNC225R - ThermNight Thermal & Night Vision Multispectral Scope with Laser Rangefinder and Ballistic Calculator.

I was just watching a YT video from the UK with a fella hunting rabbits in the daytime with one of the x20 scope and the ballistic calculator seemed almost too easy. Curious on the batteries are they common in Canada?

Thanks for the post. Yes, great products at a very good price. Batteries are widely available from several Flashlight companies, but I do sell the PANASONIC branded 3400mAh 18650 batteries as well.

For those wondering - you can place an order on the website NOW - and as soon as the units arrive, I will be shipping them out to customers.

If you have ANY questions, please email or call me, and I'd be happy to help.

Thanks

Robbie

Any info on the detection range of these in thermal mode
Unfortunately they don't put a "number" on detection range, as it would vary due to conditions, and once you place a "number" on that range, and people don't get THAT range (due to many factors), users think their units are broken and want to send them back....

Here's what DNT states about the unit:

"ThermNight TNC225R comes with a highly sensitive 12um pixel detector and an advanced algorithm enhanced 256x192 resolution combined with with NETD ≤25mk. This allows you to detect heat signatures at further distances and positively ID your target with the Digital NV before engaging your target."

Sorry for not having a more refined answer to your question.

What's the refresh rate on this?
Frame rate is 50fps - if that's what you were referring to...

ALL the available specs and features are available on my website, by clicking on the photo in the first post. But I'm happy to keep answering questions on here too. I'll answer as much as I know at this point.

Thanks

Robbie
