License Processed!

I submitted my PAL application on July 2 via the individual web services. The status changed to "processed and license issued" the day after my 28 day waiting period was up!

This was incredibly surprising to me given the stories I've heard. I do have NATO secret security clearance for work and one of my references was a senior RCMP member. Could this have effected my application being completed so quickly?

T'was a long time coming but, I'm happy to be here finally. I'm thinking of picking up a TM22 as my first purchase to get some cheap shooting under my belt at my local indoor range.

Your reference choice didn't change the time processing, my wife finally submitted for her PAL at the end of June and the status was changed to license issued at the end of July.

I'm thinking of picking up a TM22

Check out irunguns they are selling a tm22 feather model for $234.99USD. I purchased one as a why not. I have used both models and I prefer the feather model over the ones being sold in Canada. Only downfall poly vs aluminum.
