Antique shotshell tool

Hi guys I got this here antique shot shell reloading tool in part of stuff I got from an estate. Any ideas on who made it.

It has the de capper re capper the roll crimper and a trimmer. I have yet to figure out the function of the piece with the hole but a 12ga hull fit in it. I swear I seen these before on eBay but can’t find nothing ebay Canada don’t help either.

Way too loose so unless theirs a part missing I doubt it.

it could be for 10GA; the diameter difference is only 1.2mm

Crimper head says 12 on it and 10ga don’t fit.

I did a Google picture search and it came up as Polish, Ukranian or Russian manufacture, 12 gauge reloader. No other info so it must be pre war 2
Sorry I could only translate the text and the description just said for loading hunting ammunition.
