Online retailer scam or not

Hey there everyone,
I happened to find this site https://primersshopcanada.com/ and it posts some descent pricing but when you search the addresses it’s a residential building in Toronto or a house in Manitoba.
Anyone ever dealt with them or have information that would support they are a retailer and not a scam as I am leaning towards scam given they have such extensive inventory of items that reputable shops in my area are struggling to get.

Stay well clear. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
 
It is owned by a Nigerian Prince who has for years tried to give his money away. He will die surrounded by cash and primers because the world is full of suspicious people.
 
Scam. If you search their name there is dozens of threads. Unfortunately numerous people have fallen for their BS in the past
