What's the going rate for a 700 BDL in 3006? It does have a 4-12 power scope but not sure the make and model at the moment. It will need a trigger as it's never had the recall done.

Need more information ,is it stainless steel, is it a laminated stock, what scope mount and rings are on it, $25 Weaver or $150 Leopold, and the scope needs to be known could be a $129 Bushnell Banner or $1k Leopold or anything in between.

It's an 80s wood stock not stainless. I'll know more tomorrow about the rings and scope.

Can the trigger recall still be done, or is that no longer an option thanks to the bankruptcy?

I'd put it in the ballpark of $600-900 depending on condition.

They wont do the recall anymore.
That is too bad, but also good to know. Rem700s are a pretty common option for a lefty like me on the used market, so I will have to remember to inquire about that on any future purchases.

Also, I would knock $100 off the value of the rifle for that reason. So $500-800 depending on condition. Add to that based on the scope value.

I don't know where you guys are seeing Model 700s for 5-800 bucks? Going rate seems to be 1000$+ on GP and the EE.
Yup, I'd list mine at at $1350 with scooe if I was selling.

700 BDL LSS, Pepper Laminate, Stainless Steel, high gloss finish on the wood.
$800..., nope nope nope

Do you need a fix? Gonna be out on your ass if you miss rent?

Then if its in nice shape, ask $675.

If you're not in withdrawls, you're not lookin at homelessnness, and its still in nice shape?

Ask more. The new ones are only $1600 plus tax and lots of people like the old ones better for some reason. Including the Walker trigger! Heck an 80s Remington 700 action will get you $700.

That said the used gun market is a harsh son of a bee right now so be ready to wait lol

The scope is just a 3-9 Tasco World Class. It's nice and clear though. Not sure what the rings are though. Stock and action/barrel don't have a mark on it.

I've been searching for a left-hand rifle in a bigger caliber than my 7mm08 for months now. (And then blew my budget on a Ruger PC Carbine last week, but thats besides the point lol)

I've seen a fair number of Rem700s for $750-800 at a handful of dealers in the last few months - Ellwood Epps, Reliable Gun, Prophet River have all had them off the top of my head. Most of those included scopes too.

That said, at the price there was finish wear - bluing loss at the muzzle, finish flaking off the stock in spots, things like that. They were not pristine, as-new condition or anything, they were used hunting rifles will that dings one would expect from a rifle that had been hunted with for years.

$500?

Dang. Its still a nice 80s 700 in a nice wood stock. Would start at $750 at least.
Nobody wants a blind mag these days. Not sure if that brings the price down to $500, the gun looks to be in pretty good shape for its age, but it is certainly not going to help.

I honestly couldn't really find a mark on it. I got a couple of locals interested. I'm not letting it go for less than 500 though.

Thanks

I’d ask $800 shipped as it’s in nice condition.
Only downside is it’s chambering. Its going to cut your selling market by approximately 95%
