  • today tried Hornady 400gr DGX, 56.0gr Re7+polyfil, 9-1/2 M, Hornady brass
  • polyfil to keep powder against primer to prevent delayed ignition
  • Zastava LKM70 full stock carbine 20" barrel
  • ***non-published load - low pressure safe in my rifle only - NOT a recommendation***
  • ~2000 fps mv way less recoil backed off by 400 fps I'm sure it will work just fine for me on anything around here
  • prefer iron sights quick handling see how it goes this season

  • today did up some reloads just did neck sizing
  • .416 Ruger neck sizing die works extend pin all the way out
  • install die to shell holder then back out 3 turns
  • dialed back powder charge to get 400gr DGX @ ~1800 fps mv
  • do more off hand practice with iron sights

  • today checked 400gr DGX @ ~1800 fps mv POI had to raise rear sight
  • checked 350gr Mag Tip @ ~2150 fps mv POI about same as 400gr DGX đź‘Ś
