It will never be a benchrest shooter, but are there safe mods that can be made to make the pull lighter and more precise? Mine is .22Hornet/.410 Also has anyone tried scoping one?(pics please)
Thx Pete

There is no hope. The only way for you to be happy now is to sell it to me:)

I've seen some that have been scoped (on the net). The springfield armory site does have scope mounts listed but they won't ship to Canada.

I got my mount from ebay, just be patient ,one will come along. I have a Millet red dot on the see thru mts. Works great. I use the dot as my 410 sight as well. Nailed a black squirrel for my Lab at the bird feeder. I've also ordered a "Tiffany" sling(Ultimate survival sling) so when I can no longer survive I can always hang myself!!JITC ps just practise with trigger, its OK.

LOL, thanx but no thanx, I guess I'll just have to suffer! LOL

I have to think it's OK to pull it apart and at the very least emery paper the contacting parts. Mine has a noticable "two stage" where the first squeeze you can see the hammer move forward a 32nd in. and then really squeezing set her off.

Is this a lawyer/liability set up? In which case side stepping is Ok. I'm thinking like guys do to the mag release on Browning Hi Powers.
