Basically, a long time ago they went wild..... so up until recently We can actually claim a $120 bounty for them........ the dingo is unprotected on private land aswell- So yes we can shoot these Wild Dogs all year, an "dingos " if on farm land but not in the national parks etc.
 
Wow interesting !! Another possible shooting opportunity. Are you / will you be targeting these free range killers ? Do you have a hunting set up at this TC location ?
 
. we shoot coyotes here in ontario and they are for the most part easy to distinguish from dogs although i have seen black coyotes with white chest marking not unlike border collies as far as colouring. looks to me that you have lots of game at that water hole.
 
I've read an article some time ago that canines would revert to their original state within 3-4 generation, without human trying to select breed them. these look like half way there (original being closer in appearance to coyotes and huskies, at least in NA, I guess with dingo adding its own genetics they would hardly be alike to NA equivalent, African continent all different to both of those as well)
