this guys avatar pic says it allI forgot Type97 at all.
For the same bucks, T97 would be a better choice if you want reliability.
I trust China more than Kel-tec on quality...

How many rounds did you put through your RDB?Exactly.
Fact doesn't have Norinco-phobia.
Kel-tec is just that bad as much as some Canadian Eh-R 180.

Kel-tec has both good and no-so-good products. I am sure Norinco too. We're discussing products, not brands / manufacturers.Exactly.

The T-97 is cheap Chinese junk, the trigger is horrible. The RDB is American made and the trigger is the best of any bullpup on the market.I forgot Type97 at all.

Besides the trigger, whats actually a problem with the T-97?The T-97 is cheap Chinese junk, the trigger is horrible. The RDB is American made and the trigger is the best of any bullpup on the market.
Terrible ergos, terrible accuracy, tight mag wells, terrible recoil impulse, tries to return brass back to China.Besides the trigger, whats actually a problem with the T-97?
I mean, an SKS has a pretty crappy trigger too, but you get used to em. The T-97s not really any worse than a Tavor pull. Just a long n spongy.
"junk" is pretty hard to justify
I hear you on the brass! lol. And the magwells. Thankfully, had mags that worked well.Terrible ergos, terrible accuracy, tight mag wells, terrible recoil impulse, tries to return brass back to China.
At least it goes bang though.
Sub 2k is likely the ONLY good Kel-tec product that doesn't have strange quirks or QC/reliability issues.Kel-tec has both good and no-so-good products. I am sure Norinco too. We're discussing products, not brands / manufacturers.
sub2k, RDB and RFB are definitely good products.

Another crappy part is its safety position. I find it very anti-human...lolBesides the trigger, whats actually a problem with the T-97?

But for the PRICE, the simplicity and reliability is second to none in the current market.
For $1k ?Terrible ergos, terrible accuracy, tight mag wells, terrible recoil impulse, tries to return brass back to China.
At least it goes bang though.
2nd hand market is about $1200 now. It's not as crazy as T81 at least.LOL
Yeah, the ergos are....not ideal haha.
I miss when they were $1100. nothing about it was a show stopper or cheap to me.
