Drill them out with a 1/4" bit.
Clean up the burrs inside the tube.
I have removed the dimples on one using an appropriately sized deep socket and a hammer, followed up by a steel file.
I've also done them with a 1/4" drill.
The 1/4" hole with a drill bit is the way to go - you never see the hole unless you're cleaning it, and it's less work than my first way.![]()
