Going south tomorrow with my oldest and a friend to see if we can catch us an end of season whitetail. Updates to follow.

12 days left in the season.......
well.... the season ends tomorrow at sundown in my MU but the one immediately to the south of me is open till the 10th.
I can still harvest one more deer , whitetail or mulie , for the season so I think I too will hit the woods for a couple days. Just mulling it over from my couch LOL

Bummer on the deers. Ended up working in the morning, left a bit late, so we went to Sibbold creek. Lots of tracks, piles of poop, but polka-roo on the deer. Oh well. It was a really beautiful day, the sun came out and we had a great hike. One vertical log had a horrible day when we used it for target practice at the end of the day.

Anyhoo, still got my elk tag. Going out next week to 535.

While i still have my elk tag for 353 (NOT 535), I'm feeling a bit... undersatisfied.

I was doing the harvest report for my unsuccessful deer hunt, and I saw that this is still available "FD-Resident Foothills Deer Licence".

However, I can't find the terms and conditions for this license
Can anyone help me with some info?

Bucks are running all over the place searching for the last few unbred (Ugly?) does. Good hunting to ya.
I went to shovel the driveway this morning, a very big deer had left tracks on the driveway and sidewalk sometime after the snow stopped last night. The town deer here are all muleys.

I'm headed out with the wife this afternoon to see what I can see. My brother has been dead weight this year so I am going to find something myself and just call him to help clean it.
