What will you buy when the ban ends?

I'm 100% serious when I say I will vote for who ever you feel will better party for gun owners. All you need to do is say who I should vote for, someone who can actually help fellow gun owners. If you can't offer a suggestion, it makes you look like a clown. BTW, the CPC aren't "my winning team". I live in Alberta, and my vote doesn't really count.
Cpc is the best option by a long shot

As everyone is quite aware, all politicians lie and its just one evil over the lesser evil.
We pick a lesser Loser over the other Loser (we hope!).

It's time just say "NO" to Canadian Politicians. None of them represent us.

We need real people to volunteer and create advocate groups to make real change. We need to wrestle control over our future from the Feds.

They don't have our best interests at heart.

It all needs more scrutiny by regular people - not by those living in gated communities or with Security Teams.

Pistol wise, I will ( hopefully ) buy a nice 1911 in 45acp and also a nice S&W 17/617 revolver in .22lr. I may also swap my CZ Shadow 2 for a CZ TS.

If we can buy AR again, I had a nice *precision* upper with a 20’’ stainless bull barrel w/wylde chamber that was quite accurate… It had a dedicated lower with a nice trigger. I miss that gun

Once again, unhelpful circle talk.
Your posts are those of an agent provocateur.
We all see the overall sole theme of your posts is to ACTIVELY discredit the PC party and nothing else.

Do you know what you'll do when Polievre betrays you like his predecessors?
Continue to tell yourself CPC our saviors in acceptance of defeat.

Exactly what voting Conservative for 30+ years gets gun owners.
So you dont have a clue. Just someone that secretly votes conseratives, because you know no other party got a chance. But wont admit it. So you waste people time.

You really make a convincing post to why you shouldnt vote for anyone but. Because you live in this dream world. Nah you vote Liberal because that why you deflect. You never say who to vote for but anyone but Conservative..

What’s your first purchase after the ban is over? And yes I do believe the liberals will lose the next election on october,20/2025 and whoever takes power will push the amnesty period that’s supposed to end October,30/2025 for another year while it’s debated in the house and eventually be lifted and after that we’ll see some kind of unwinding of the craziness. Maybe a few things will stay on the list, but I do believe this isn’t going to go through.

So mine is the S&W 686 international. That’s the only thing I wanted before things kicked off a few years ago
I am not sure PP will be able to do a 100% reversal but like everyone else I am really hoping and praying that he does. My guess is most semi-automatics will probably still be heavily banned but I'm hoping they at least take the ban off of handguns and semi-automatics that are clearly designed only for sport hunting. Legal gun owners in this country do not cause gun violence whatsoever as anybody with a gun knows or the intelligence to think for themselves for that matter. The few mass killings that have happened in this country in the last hundred years hardly was a reason to ban legal guns, these incidents were a mental health issue of the person's involved and had nothing to do with availability of guns which are already heavily regulated especially handguns which except for use on a range can hardly be utilized. Criminals don't buy legal guns, anybody with any common sense at all knows the government should have focused on keeping guns out of criminals possession, cross border smuggling and higher penalties for those that use guns in crime. That being said I have several handguns that I still wanted to buy and I would like my current guns which are quite rare to get their value back since at the moment they're worth nothing.

I can't see a debate in the house to end the Liberal Party gun control foolishness. I can surely see the immediate replacement of the Governor General and an OIC Omnibus bill to repeal all the gun control Acts the Liberals have rammed through with a replacement not quite as onerous, but, with a complete ban of anything that's full auto or can be readily converted to such. We are NOT America and Canadians simply won't tolerate the American attitude towards firearms. Huff and puff all we like, but, that's simply the reality.

Give him the house majority and he could do any and everything. Let's give him the house. If he fails to rectify our situation, we hang him. Fair? Let's give him a strong majority, and a mandate to fix this. Tell your conservative MP you're voting for him/her and WHY!

Missing the point. There are no other choices. Wishing we had better choices is just that, wishing. Conservatives are the only option, this time around. Will it work? Who knows? Even if all we get is a small portion of our desires, it's better than we are doing now. - dan
And yet, without being persuaded that they must indulge in repeal, their election will be of little consequence.

That persuasion must come from us, there is no one else.

The five million who would happily assist us are almost entirely devoid of the required knowledge.

One might characterize it as the knowledge of good and evil.

Good, inasmuch as Canadian law still provides for them to obtain handguns and receive authorization to carry them for protection.

Evil, inasmuch as access to those provisions in the law have a gatekeeper, the requirement to demonstrate need, designed specifically to prevent them from doing so.
