Does anyone's clubs do "fun" shoots?

My club puts on 5 stand events, usually 2 rounds of 5 stand separated by a round of trap 16 yard singles or 16 yard wobble.

You pay a fee shoot and get lunch.

The guy who organizes the events was asking what we could do to keep interesting
We only have trap fields and 5 stand no skeet so that's a no go.

I was thinking about a sub gauge event with 16, 20, 28, 410 but that gets into trying to find target ammo that's not an arm and a leg
20 gauge might be ok.

Pump only event?

Might see if we can do a mini fitacs event in one of the trap fields.

Or setting up some sort of platform to act as a high house and doing a makeshift skeet field. But that might be too complicated with the size and weight of the machines.

Ok so my question is does any of the clubs you all shoot at have any of these "mini events" or fun shoots or what ever you want to call them? Looking for new ideas.

We use to shoot a flurry on our 5 stand set up. 5 guys, 125 targets. Everyone loads up, 1st shooter calls pull and the targets start firing in random sequence about 3-4 seconds apart. Everyone can shoot at any bird. Shooting is fast and furious, you might have the perfect shot on a bird and someone else shoots it. Great for a laugh and good waste of about 2 boxes of shells.
Another game is what we call Skrap. Using the skeet stations and same round count except for station 4 (5 rounds) shooting at birds out of the trap house. From station 1 & 7 there are some targets that will need 10-12ft of lead. We don’t use stations 8 for this.

2 or 3 times a year our range will do something similar at the 5 stand line but they call it a flush.

They will have the normal 5 people at each stand and 5 set up in between since it's all forward firing and set all of the throwers to throw incoming clays, set to fire randomly with most fairly high and anyone can shoot any clay in the air.
It's a blast, there's time where the explode just before you pull the trigger as 3 people shoot at the same clay and others where everyone is reloading and they're landing in the grass untouched. You learn to bring lots of extra shells and reload quickly

Try shooting a Bushwacker event at the trap house. 5 person squads... standing immediately behind the trap house squad members # 1 & 2 line up in position on either side of the house at in a "gun down" position. The guy in charge of the event "pulls" the target on his timing without being told to pull, and shooter # 1 fires first. Whether #1 hits it or not, shooter # 2 is allowed to shoot at the chunks of the first target that are now going all over the place. If #2 breaks a chunk, he knocks #1 out of the game. If #2 misses the chunks, # 2 now goes to the #1 shooting position and #3 now comes in to try to hit #2's chunks. If #2 was successful in hitting #1's chunk, #1 is out of the game and #2 now goes to the back of the line. Shooters # 3 & 4 would now be on the shooting line. Repeat as necessary until there is only one shooter standing. There's your winner!! That game is an absolute hoot and we shoot a lot of it at the various turkey shoots at our club

Silver Willow shoots sporting clays fun shoots all the time and routinely gets 2X the number of entrants compared to registered shoots. 2 man team shoot - four man teams - Turkey shoots - Pump gun shoot and more. While I'd personally prefer registered shoots, it's undeniably that fun shoots are wildly popular - and profitable.
