I have met a lot of amzing cooks at camps. Its more my ability to have breaky on the table before they even have thought of getting up. Last camp I already would be back with grouse before when went out hunting :cool:

We can debate the cook thing, i like doing breakfast.lol My jokes are awful. I cant belch. Girls dont fart :slap: And id like to consider myself a pretty decent shot. :sniper: And best of all I dont snore lol

If ya don't belch.. it's gotta come out somewhere..LOL ( but I hear ya girl!) :D Are ya coming to the Sportsman show?

I dont want to be accepted to easy :eek: into a camp. I did manage to lie once and successfully to until a CO stopped us and checked our licenses etc and told the guys they thought it was great that they allowed a girl to hunt with them. It didnt go over to well but when we talked it out they all agreed that they never would have let me into camp but now that they had they were glad I came out. The owner ended up selling the property and the new owner runs a youth camp on the property now so we dont know if we can go back there. :(

Yes i will be at the Sportsman show but I dont have to work it. Turns out Ringwood isnt having a display or anything this year and OFAH doesnt need me to work there. It wont be until the afternoon though cuz i have go feed the fishies. Im going out thurs,fri and sat. Maybe sunday to lol

As to women in camp, My wife hunts with us. There are some issues, mostly with privacy, but also with coarse language. Guys at deer camps generally sleep in bunkhouse conditions, and like to let go of all the rules that society places on us by farting, yelling, drinking, making yellow snow outside the door, being foul of mouth etc.. That's not great for women in general.

Yup we are still in.

I have always worked with guys so I know no other way lol forestry, heavy equipment along my transport truck and now in fisheries. I grew up on army bases. I can handle guys and their habits. I dont really notice actually. Plus you guys are just funny to watch :eek:

I tell the guys I hunt with that im not there to change anything. I know what goes on and im good with it. Im there to hunt and have fun. Im a big girl and you dont have to worry about taking care of me lol

Other than mommabear I dont think there are too many women I would want to be stuck in a cabin for a week with. No matter how much beer was involved :cool:

I have volunteered for Fri but now I hear Greentips and a few others will be there Sat.. I may just have to come and say hi! If you are there Fri. , come and say hello :wave:
 
The guys I deer hunt with all go for a week away from the wives. I am sure the wives enjoy the week of peace as well:D

Besides, the Ballerina's at the Lost Channel wouldn't be the same with the better halves present:dancingbanana:

I hear ya hun. I'll do the "early hunt" with the boys.. then November hunt..The guys have the 2 week Moose Hunt in October that I can relax.. uhhh... renovate the house..:D :dancingbanana:
