The other cases of this I have got are all mild steel jacket with a lead core. Magnet will stick to them. Similar to Chinese 7.62x39.
Always non corrosive.
Pmc is not that much more expensive
 
What would someone expert for accuracy from said cheap ammo?
If you have an accurate rifle I’d probably skip it. This ammo was great when the market was flooded with cheap chrome lined norinco m305’s. pmc makes much better bulk ammo and it’s not that much more expensive plus even if you plan to never reload, once fired brass can be traded for beer to someone who does if you take the time to pick it up
 
good ammo if you have a military bolt, my savage predator would only cap 2 out of three and it gathered fair amount of rust in the bore when i left it out in the bush a few days, my batch? i don't know its good and cheap, the primers are set a little far back too.

What would someone expert for accuracy from said cheap ammo?
I used to do 2-3 irons at 100yards with my m305. My father does 1moa with occasional flyers in his 700.

We are both always blown away how this stuff works for such cheap stuff and often do worst with other bargain ammo like S&B and the like..
