Hi everyone, recently bought Norinco N75 from Tenda. It was advertised as used, surplus from Israel police but in working order. Received a pistol in rusty condition with missing firing pin and non working safety. I like the gun but now need to sort out this problems with new parts. I tried googling nz75 and couldn't found nothing about it. Also I do not have original box or magazines, as well as manual. If anyone here has any info on these pistols or know what parts are compatible please let me know.
Thank you.

I think you should call Tenda and tell them it was received not in working order, and that they need to provide you the missing parts. This should not be your problem if it was advertised as working.

Mags are CZ, Girsan 28 with base pad mod and probably more; original Norc at worst.
Marstar might have parts and manual. Do you still have the Firing Pin safety (frame and slide parts)?
Box was probably a plastic case good enough for original owners to keep it.

He should also ask why he got a Chinese gun instead of the Israeli surplus he was expecting.

Tell Tenda to take their crap back and stop with the BS.

Just a little nitpicking here. I personally believe the NZ 75 from Norinco was not a copy of a CZ 75 but a copy of the Tanfoglio TZ 75, which in turn in a clone of a CZ 75, not quite a copy of a CZ 75. There are some differences between the TZ and the CZ. The biggest one is the slide mounted safety on the TZ, while the CZ has a frame mounted one.

No way Israelis will use Chinese clones. They have way better guns, at par or even surpassing quality of western made firearms. I have not seen a surplus NZ75 in the market. Baby Eagle/Jericho are the ones coming up as surplus from Israeli Police. With CZ75 batches coming from Italian Police once in a while. Did you check your registration or the invoice as to what you are supposed to have ordered against what was shipped to you?

Israeli surplus should be Baby Eagle/Jericho guns. If they ever used Norinco that would be news to me.

Thank you for replys guys...Brian from Tenda emailed me saying that they are looking into it with their insurance guys. Let see what will come out of it. Anyway gun came in a generic cardbox with one aftermarket magazine... no papers on the gun whatsoever. The safety is slide mounted and in non working order. I will post pictures of the gun. Also it was advertised as a surplus gun from Israeli police, the listing is gone from Tenda but on the receipt it says it is a surplus gun.

This is fraudulent advertising, they owe you an IMI/ IWI Israeli Police Jericho. Not the Chinese sh!t you received.

Ok so to conclude this story. Two and a half years after last post. Tenda guys just stopped responding to me. They did not offer any solution for this situation or apologized. They just ignored me. I was able to get a firing pin manufactured by one of the metal shops locally and the gun now shoots. Safety is still not operational and I could not find any other info on the gun or where any spare parts could be ordered. Josko from Double Tap told me to throw it in the garbage because there are no parts available for this guns on the market. At this day and age of prohibition and bs, I am in no position to just scrap it because I need it to train and for IPSC matches. It is a full metal gun and the size and weight fits me. At least I could put Shadow's handguard to replace that crappy plastic one it came with. Anyway be careful guys what and where you are purchasing. It would be easy for Tenda to do something about it but they just flat out ignored me.

I had a similar bad experience with Ellwood. They sold me what was advertised as a Colt Police Positive in 38 spl. It shows up— it’s chambered in 38 S&W. This was right as the handgun freeze came in. I contacted them numerous times to tell them the gun they gave me wasn’t the same as what I had bought, they said no returns because of the freeze, then ghosted me when I tried to follow up further. Suffice it to the say the two models do not have equivalent value.

They also sold me a CZ-52 which came with a broken firing pin— luckily that was easy to replace and not worth the headache of dealing with them again.

There are many scummy dealers in this country.

Out of curiosity, is this your only gun you have that you could compete with

Luckily it is not, but it is perfect for my big hands. I have glock 48 that is too small for me and causes slide bites on my hand. I have also XDM 4.5 that I love and use often for IPSC. It is a great gun, reliable and eats everything without problem. It is a polymer handgun and on the lighter side, hence the use of metal NZ75. I hope this prohibition ends sooner than later so I can buy Shadow 2 and several other handguns.

Tenda failed to send me my complete order and just endlessly argued. Seems like that is their thing when they are wrong.
Honestly I am done dealing with them. Its just not worth it. Too much BS for my taste.

I have a NZ85, it is a copy of the TZ75... but so far all the internal components seem to be interchangeable with CZ parts... Except grip screws. I also put a set of CZ over molded grips on mine and I had ream the screw holes in the grips. Other than that; perfect fit, and improved the feel of the gun over the hard plastic ones it came with. CZ made the CZ85B with a slide mounted Decocker/safety; if you can find one of these, it should work.

Interesting that Norinco mixed their numbers with the NZ85 being more like a CZ75, and the NZ75 being more like the CZ85.

BTW, the broken internals I had to replace were due to some overcharged factory ammo. Once repaired, it has been exceptionally reliable and accurate. Glad I bought it when I could.
