Just yesterday, I dismantled one to pack for sale. I had an awful time to figure out how to get the bayonet lug and the cleaning rod out. A friend showed up at the shop and lent a third hand. The cleaning rod has a spot partway down that is a smaller diameter. I needed to depress the rear band lock to let the rod forward enough in order to depress the bayonet lug lock down. Out it came, as well as the bayonet lug. For the life of me I couldn't find a disassembly video. Tricky setup.
