So I have a pair of Pietta 1873 SAA revolvers that I picked up before the ban. They came with these bright white grips that do the job but I would like to get some new ones but I’m having a heck of a time finding some. I have two questions really the first is what’s a good store for them and secondly while my grips are 1 solid piece could I also use the 2 piece grips that are held by a pin.

Google gungrip.com and put Pietta in the search bar. It's the N.C. Ordnance website & they ship to Canada.

Yes, you can used two piece grips with screw with your Pietta. You'd have to disassemble the grip frame to get the one piece grips off first, though.

I've bought grips from N.C. Ordnance for a Colt 1903 pocket & old model Ruger Vaquero before.

Another source: River Junction Trade Co. Grip kits available as either one piece, or two piece. Ships to Canada.

Also: VTI Gun Parts. Ships to Canada.

Note: Grips will require some minor fitting.

Have you had any luck shooting these? I had a pietta .357 from Marstar that had a barrel not fully screwed on. 6 inch groups at 10 yards. It went back. Beautiful gun though.
I owned a couple different Pietta's in .357 Mag back in the day. Never had an issue with any of them. Shot well for a SAA with the little irons.
