Look I am all for free market and you guys can price things however you like. I also try my best to support you guys when I can as you are my local store but the used prices are just so close to new and the new prices are not market that it never makes sense anymore. I used to spend $5000 a year at your store for 20+ years but it just seems like you guys are stuck in 1998 and think that people wont shop around anymore.

I really wish you would expand your online store and price more aggressively/ inline with market. Its getting harder to spend my dollars with you when i can order it on my couch from a store 1000s of Kms away for less then driving up the street.
