Ballistic Advantages 10/22 Barrels are precision-engineered components designed to enhance the performance and accuracy of Ruger 10/22 rifles. Our barrels are crafted using high-grade materials, ensuring durability, superior shooting, and performance.

BA 10/22 improvements over the standard Ruger barrel

  • The Bentz chamber is the match chamber for semi-autos.
  • 1/2-28" Standard muzzle thread while retaining a clean sharp target crown
  • BA designed extractor cut for improved ejection
  • Chamber mouth bevel improves feeding and supports the cartridge rim to maintain alignment
  • Tightly held diameter of barrel tenon to receiver bore improving bore alignment
  • Direct fit replacement for Standard Ruger 10/22 or Ruger Takedown model
  • Made from Ballistic Advantage rifled blank
  • 16.1” length
  • Includes thread protector

Our 10/22 barrels feature a stress-relieved 416R stainless steel material for consistency, durability, and corrosion resistance. Each barrel is lapped to provide a smooth and consistent bore critical for optimum rimfire performance, with little to no break-in period required. All barrels are held to less than .0002" deviation of the bore for optimum reliability and accuracy.

*Occasionally the bores on 10/22 receivers will be larger or smaller than our barrel tenons. This is not due to a defect. Our barrels are machined to tighter tolerances than the original factory receivers are. For this reason, there are sometimes situations where the receiver bore is too small for a snug-fit with your barrel. In these cases, thermal fitting, careful uniform sanding of the tenon O.D., or a combination of both may be required to achieve your desired fitment.
