Correct. Not on the list. The stuff I recognized was mostly box mag fed shotguns and milsurps, the "classic hunting rifle" demographic (Browning BAR, Winchester model 100, Remington 74x stuff, etc) hasn't been banned yet.I am looking at one now. I don't see them on the new ban list from Blackface.

The anti tank rifles were legal to own and shoot in Canada up until this too. That’s how much chaos they caused, you never heard of them. lol. From what I read on the government site where the original list was posted, the 7400 was initially on the ban list and was subsequently removed.
That was the last time there was a change to the list so I doubt it was put back on. I never heard of any official changes after that.
You can go to the site and scroll through the list.
10 Remington models on the list.
No 7XX or 7### models listed.
80% of the list represents firearms that were never permitted for sale in Canada. Some are actually Anti-tank rifles & grenade launchers.. stupid stuff.
Yup, bought a Lahti back in the 70s. Ammo was an issue, but it was a hoot to use in my uncle's gravel pit. - danThe anti tank rifles were legal to own and shoot in Canada up until this too. That’s how much chaos they caused, you never heard of them. lol.
