Rifle missing bolt-value

A friend wants to sell some guns transfered to him before his father passed recently--- one is a Smith and Wesson 1500 7mm Rem Mag --stock looks well used in terms of scratches-- THE BOLT IS MISSING -- likely inadvertently discarded when the estate was being settled.... Can anybody suggest a fair price ??

Go online to numrich gunparts and see how much it would be to get a replacement. (if possible) Also factor in Permit costs, taxes duty etc.

The Smith and Wesson 1500 is actually a Howa 1500. There was a recall on the bolts for them. Perhaps it was sent in for the recall and that is why the bolt is missing?
