What is the purpose of the bolt sleeve?
No, I drilled and tapped a 3mm hole at the front of the trigger housing where the trigger travels forward. Have to take the action out of the stock to adjust it, but it stays hidden.Looking good Kristian! Is the overtravel screw behind the trigger threded into the new guard?
Nice, I was contemplating some sort of overtravel stop, I will have to investigate that angle! No, I drilled and tapped a 3mm hole at the front of the trigger housing where the trigger travels forward. Have to take the action out of the stock to adjust it, but it stays hidden.

Thanks!
I just pushed the pins out with a small punch and hammer, then pushed them back in when I was done. It's a bummer that the A is also now shipping with the pinned trigger assembly. Any ideas how to open these up?
Also printed a bolt knob. That tiny little ballend sucked!
I have a $60 6-24 scope on it now and range trip tomorrow. Needs a cheek riser!
Are they swaged at all or why is there a non-black chamfer around each one?I just pushed the pins out with a small punch and hammer, then pushed them back in when I was done.

Yeah, that silver ring is where the edges of the hole were peened over to keep the pins in. It's aluminum or something else really soft though, and that just pushed out of the way. The pins aren't as tight in the housing as they were coming out, but a dab of green loctite sleeve retainer should hold them if needed. Are they swaged at all or why is there a non-black chamfer around each one?
I'll take a crack at separating it once I decide which one Im keeping (after a bunch of A/B group tests), but that'll most likely be July with the way things are shaping up.
I am a little behind, is the stock for the ns522 a drop in swap to the scorpio?I 3d printed a trigger guard assembly and put my 13" rifle into the stock from my old NS522. I also did a little bit of polishing the seat and trigger, and added an over travel screw to the trigger mechanism. This one looks to be a cast aluminum trigger housing, with pins press fit in for the pivots, instead of the longer barrel ones which have a steel trigger housing and a removable side plate. The short 5 round mags from my NS522 fit almost flush, so that's nice. I haven't shot it yet, but maybe tomorrow.
