Are antiques and air guns in the ban? Air guns under 495 fps?

No they aren’t banned. But I wouldn’t doubt that once the liberals ban everything else they will be. How long that is is anyone’s guess.

They seem to be taking their cues from the UK and the UN.

So far most western nations which have bans in place have left antiques alone. When the UK goes for them, expect Canada to follow soon.

No expert here. There are some models capable of close to 800fps (e.g., Hatsan Mod 25, Diana LP8) but I think they get detured to 495 for the Canadian Market. Curious to know for sure as well.​

The Crossman pump single-shot advertises that it does 495 fps on the box. Maybe? I've never chronographed one.

Look at Webley springers, like the Tempest.

there has been air pistols that are well over 495 in Canada
