I have to correct, it is not recommended to use 556. One guy did it and the gun did some disintegration game.
Got a link to that?
There is a thread and video in general.
Do your parents still hand feed you too?Cool, so no. Cheers.

I'm with you on this for sure......A good review by a Canadian shooter. After watching this review I basically lost my interest in buying this particular rifle for the price of abot $1600. I have no use for it.
Ohh-keyyy babaa..here you go..would you like some, warm milk with this?Excellent contribution. Asking for a source and receiving a vague 'there's a thread' is not a source. Have a good one though bud.

I went to 'Search -clicked -Advanced -Typed in Alcor 223 - clicked General-as per the Gentleman said & Boom..took all of 3 seconds. Hope this makes you warm & fuzzy & ready for nap timeCheerz!

Thanks, I actually replied very clearly as to where to find the mentioned video. You proved it.
His reply to me was arrogant and condescending.
I acknowledge that some people may have a problem searching the forum but you can at least try. The appropriate answer would have been, "sorry bud, I tried but can't find it" - there is only one "General" by the way. I would have then posted the link or video. It is really not a big deal for me, heck I tried to help.
"In the video, which is also posted above, the guy admitted at the end that he shot 5.56 out of the rifle which may or may not have caused the failure, but with your attention span you probably didn't make it that far."

I assume you are talking about the video from post #11, since I see no other videos posted in this thread.
So I watched it.
Twice to make sure I hadn't missed anything.
The statements he makes are very clear.
He had issues with the rifle at first, which he believes was a lemon - it "destroyed" cartridges.
This was covered under warranty, got a brand new gun, problem solved and didnt come back.
He mostly praises the warranty process.
He starts off by saying himself, the manufacturer as well as the importer don't have an official explanation for the issue that arrose with the initial rifle. Then towards the 8min mark he decides to bring up 556 as maybe having something to do with it since thats what he used in the first gun.
But thats nothing more than pure assumption on his part, he litterally has nothing to back that up. Neither do you.
So if after that video you were willing to make that claim about 556, its a bit ridiculous for you to speak on other people's attention spans...
