Garand's on the list?

Hey everyone! I have just returned to Canada and was wondering if the Garand M1 rifles were on the 'ban' listing. Someone told me the M1 Carbine was banned. Where is this confounded list anyhow?

Welcome back to our hell of suspended antagonism. The people who cook up the bad bad guns lists don't which end of the turd to pick up or where to throw it, never mind knowing anything about guns. I include one example of self-serving cretin last name Smith first initial M who until a few years ago was Public Safety's supposed classification expert.

The lists are some Star Chamber committee's idea of what is dangerous based on utterly uneducated internet searches. An early OIC list had a website name as a variant of a listed model, and there is more than one video game imaginative model listed. Not a real thing in any universe. At least the 1990s bad guns list was based on some summer student's level of anxiety based on the appearance of guns found on the pages of a Guns Digest book.

Yow!!! More of the same naive provincial thinking in Ottawa yet again. I am shocked that Canadians think it normal that democracy should include a same government in power for 15 years. We need to update the Westminster system. It is not serving the population properly.
