It's cheap that's why.
I have had a dozen Norincos over the years.
Never been a fan of the quality on the shotguns but I can't get over the accuracy I get from their M93 Sportsman (popping balloons at 100 yards)

Norinco really missed the point of that gun. If they'd have put the effort into quality control and charged double they'd have sold a multitude more
