Good morning,
I've had a PAL and CORE for awhile now and have been on a few unsuccessful hunts and able to harvest a 2pt moose once. Not my shot. A friend talks about this website and has found many used hunting / shooting items. I plan to spend more consistent time at the range moving forward.

Welcome to Nutz. Many hunts are unsuccessful but that’s only a small part of the equation. If your only gauging the hunt by your success, your missing the big picture. I guided for a living for many years. It’s a learning curve to become more successful. You’ll get out of it what you put into it. Marksmanship is a big part. Best of luck in the upcoming seasons.

Welcome from Eastern Ontario. Take it from an oldtimer, no such a thing as an unsuccessful hunt. If you're huntin', you're winnin'
Ha, yes! Definitely the reason I keep going back. Maybe poorly worded originally. I fully agree. I learn a lot every time I go, and it helps keep one from getting too soft too fast. Silver lining, hunting fitness happily translates to ski touring fitness.
